Thank you for your interest in participating on the Meta Marketing Campaign featuring Ita Yoga Studio. Below find an overview of Meta x IYS Overview usage for participants:

Meta x IYS Overview of usage for participants:

MEDIA: All Media (including industry events such as Meta Connect, Cannes, CES, AdWeek etc. and any events attended by or sponsored by advertisers, etc)

MATERIALS: Up to 2 x :30 (Materials are inclusive of unlimited edits, lifts & versions)

Inclusive of any stills captured on set

TERRITORY: Worldwide (Broadcast is US only)

TERM: 1 year from 1st use date

Perpetual worldwide rights for paid and non-paid PR, archival / historical retention, and non-paid industrial use for Meta, campaign vendors (including, but not limited to archival and historical uses, behind the scenes, presentations, industry events, recruiting content, press and public relations materials, award submissions and social media channels.

EXCLUSIVITY: During the term, Talent shall be exclusive to Meta in the Exclusive Categories (defined below) and agrees not to render any services in connection with third-party paid brand deals, paid brand partnerships, paid social programming, any paid event and/or press activities, or otherwise endorse, sponsor, partner, or post about, for, or behalf of, or in connection with any products and/or services in the Exclusive Categories.

“Exclusive Categories" shall mean any of the following: Artificial intelligence (including but not limited to generative artificial intelligence) product, social media or communications apps

OPTIONS:

Option to extend Usage Term for 1 additional year for 10% increase of initial usage fee

Artificial Intelligence:

Talent understands and agrees that the rights granted above permit Meta to utilize artificial intelligence or similar technology to modify the Materials and the presentation of Talent’s Likeness and to otherwise depict Talent’s Likeness (in whole or part) by utilizing artificial intelligence or similar technology, in each instance in and in connection with the Production and in the Approved Media.

Special Considerations: Meta is not a signatory to any union or guild that has jurisdiction over talent's services. Talent's services are not subject to the terms and conditions of any union, guild or collective bargaining agreement

FEES:

Usage Fee: $1,500.00 USD all in fee. Inclusive of 12-hour session + usage.
OT Session Fee: $100.00 USD per hour that exceeds the initial 12 - hour session (if applicable)
Wardrobe Fee: $100.00 USD for 2 hour fitting (if applicable)
OT Wardrobe Fee: $50 per hour that exceeds the initial 2 - hour fitting (if applicable)

Participation in this video production is voluntary and is being conducted exclusively for Meta. By electing to participate, individuals acknowledge that Ita Yoga Studio is serving solely as the filming location and community liaison and is not the producer, employer, or sponsoring entity for this project. Participants understand and agree that Ita Yoga Studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the production. Any agreements, releases, compensation, or other production-related matters shall be solely between the participant and Meta and/or its designated production representatives.
