WHAT WE DO
Infrared Heated Flow Yoga
The term "flow yoga," or Vinyasa, refers to the alignment of movement and breath, a method which turns static postures into a dynamic flow. The length of one inhale or one exhale dictates the length of time spent transitioning between poses (asanas). Asanas are then held for a number of breaths. In effect, attention is placed on the breath and the journey between the asanas rather than solely on achieving perfect body alignment in the pose. We offer classes for all levels of practice. We are an infrared heated studio. Our practice temperature reaches 90 degrees except in our Gentle Yoga class. The use of Far Infrared Heaters increases the health benefits of practicing in a warm environment.

Ita is a 200 hr Experienced Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. She received her Yoga Teacher Certification in 2007 from Sun Moon Yoga in Ann Arbor. She has had a personal practice since 1996 and it is because of the changes brought on by her practice that she felt drawn to share it with others. She began her teaching career right after completing her training and has been teaching full time ever since. Through out her career, she has completed many hours of Continued Education with Master teachers such as David Swenson, Tias Little and Mark Stephens.
